This team will be responsible to:
- manage the hospitality of all invitees and attendees of Pratishtha Mahotsav.
- Develop a list of all special invitees, including VIPs, Dignitaries, Religious Leaders, Local Government Officials, Leaders from other organizations, etc.
- Develop special invitation letters for all special invitees
- Send out invitations to all special invitees and follow-up with individual phone calls
- Plan and coordinate hospitality of all special invitees at the event
- Work with Safety and Security Team to allocate required passes for special events
- Finalize timings of arrivals and coordinate with Parking Team
- Formalize greetings process for special invitees
- Assign translators for special invitees to help them understand the Pratishtha ceremonies
- Provide confirmed names to Media and Communications Teams for mass notification
- Work with Programming Team to coordinate time allocations for introduction and speeches
- Prepare and collect all required information for appropriate introductions of specific invitees
- Develop plan for extending participation in religious activities for special invitees
- Develop plan to manage greetings and hospitality for all attendees
- Identify and implement unique ways to greet attendees on each day of the Pratishtha Mahotsav
