The team will be responsible to 
- manage rooms of all the performers. 
- coordinate with the Transportation Committee to see logistical needs are met satisfactorily.  
- Hotel Accomodation     
- The Committee is responsible to manage registration of all the Shraman and Shramniji , distinguished guest attending the event. 
- make sure that everyone is properly accommodated with their food needs fulfilled
