This team will be responsible to:
 - manage all Varghodo related activities for Pratishtha Mahotsav
 - work with Scheduling team to develop calendar/program for all religious anushthaans – Pujan, Aarti, etc.
 - work with Pratishtha Chairs to identify all potential Varghodo types of events that will take place during Pratishtha
 - solicit and document requirements for all different Varghodos
 - develop plan for execution and management of all Varghodo
 - obtain all required permits from local Township Officials
 - incorporate different schemes for all different Varghodos
 - evaluate all different Varghodo related items, including Floats, Musical Bands, Horse Buggies, Jugglers &  Performers, Flags &  Decorations, Convertible &  Specialty Cars
 - develop plan to invite/include Varghodo Participants, including:
    - SanghPati
    - Sponsors
    - Past &  Current Governing Body Members
    - Pratishtha Team Leads
    - Pathshala Teachers
    - Dignitaries &  Special Guests
    - Township Officials &  others
 - design, prepare and purchase sashes for all different Varghodo Participants
 - work with Safety Team to develop plan for ensuring the safety of all Varghodo participants
 - work with Safety Team to coordinate tasks with local Fire, Safety and Traffic Officials
 - work with Decorations Team to acquire all required decoration items, costumes, pagdis, etc.
 - work with Volunteers Team to solicit volunteers and allocate responsibilities
 - negotiate and finalize contracts with all vendors
 - make provisions for pick-up truck with Sound System
 - make provision for one or more generators &  required fuel
 - develop overall plan and schedule for Varghodo and communicate to all required parties
 - work with Communications Team to ensure all invitations &  guidelines are sent in advance
 - develop procession flow and safety guidelines
 - ensure representation from all Pathshalas &  other Jain sects (Sthanakwasi, Shrimad, Digamber, etc.)
 - coordinate transportation of all Pratimajis and setup on floats/buggies prior to the Varghodo
 - get all required music and Dandiyas for Varghodo
 - develop and communicate plan for all post-Varghodo activities (clean-up)
 - develop plan to solicit individuals for pulling of buggy
