Chintan Parikh

This team will be responsible to:
 - establish communication templates (email and mail) for invitations, and follow-up communications regarding logistics
 - invite Press & Media for pre-event press conference
 - prepare Pre-event and Post-event press release and work with Press & media to get them published
 - work with accommodation team
- develop and send out email communication pre, during and post event
- develop social media messaging and establish presence across FB, WhatsApp and Instagram
- Create and print all required signs and banners
