'This team will be responsible to:
 - develop and manage all schedules for events during Pratishtha Mahotsav
 - work with Pratishtha Chairs to identify and develop an overall event schedules for the entire event
 - identify and document details about all events including:
   - Puja & Vidhi Events
   - Cultural Programs
   - Speeches
   - Exhibitions
   - Youth & Kids Activities
   - Special Events
   - Food Distribution & Breaks
 - develop a master plan for all events to ensure maximum participation by attendees
 - identify and avoid event conflicts that affect same types of attendees
 - develop a detailed schedule matrix for each Pratishtha Day identifying:
   - Type of Event
   - Description of Event
   - Duration in minutes and hours
   - Location
   - Special Instructions
 - work with Communications, HelpDesk and Website Team to communicate most up-to-date information on all events
 - ensure time is allocated for travel/parking from/to other locations
