This team will be responsible to:
 - coordinate and manage all Audio/Video/Lighting (AVL) requirements for Pratishtha Mahotsav
 - manage Overall Audio/Video and Projector support, 
 - organize AV and Technology room and maintain control
 - work with Programming and scheduling teams to identify all AVL requirements for different events
 - develop a list of all required AVL items
 - solicit quotes for purchasing and/or renting of equipment
 - engage external AVL vendors to help manage event
 - maintain a list of all AVL equipment – purchased, rented, borrowed, etc.
 - ensure safety and security of all AVL equipment
 - work with Volunteer Team to help coordinate volunteering help
 - work with Programming Team to document requirements in detail for each specific program, including:
     - Microphones
     - Playback Equipment
     - Projection Equipment 
     - Special Effect Equipment
     - Special Color Lights
 - ensure all required music and audio material is tested and available in advance of the program
 - work with Programming Team to develop a cue chart for each program
 - manage AVL activities occurring at the same time at multiple places
 - ensure that all cables are secured at all times for the safety of everyone 
 - make provisions for back-up equipment, specially amplifiers, mixer and microphones
 - ensure adequate supply of different types of cables and batteries for wireless microphones
